The Zoning Board of Appeals has been asked to consider a petition for Variance (change of zoning district from commercial to residential) at 202 W. South St, Oreana, IL 62554 made by owners David and Dawn Brix.
Property Tax ID# 18-08-09-461-001
This hearing is scheduled for 07/15/2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office at 407 S. View, Oreana IL 62554.
All interested parties are invited to attend.

Regular Meetings of the Oreana Village Board are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise posted. The meetings are held at the Whitmore-Oreana Community Building at the Oreana Park. The agenda is posted at the building 48 hours prior to the meeting. Residents wishing to address the board may do so at any meeting during the public comment portion of the meeting.
